Engine Company No. 1 is issued a 1990 RD Murray pumper on a Simon Duplex 10 man chassis. It is a custom stainless steel design, with an 8v92 turbo diesel motor and a 1750 GPM Hale pump. One notable feature is its 2000 feet of 3-inch hose, housed on 2 large Hannay hydraulic reels for easy deployment and retrieval. Engine 1 also carries a 400 GPM American Godiva portable pump and 50 feet of hard suction.
