The members of the Chemical Company operate a 1992 Salisbury rescue/pumper built on an International chassis. This unit has a 750 GPM pump and carries 425 gallons of water and 50 gallons of foam. It holds 550 ft. of 1 ¾-inch hose, 250 ft. of 2 ½-inch hose, and 300 ft. of 3-inch hose. The primary function of this unit is vehicle extrication for which it carries various specialized equipment, including Hurst tools and air bags. The Chemical Truck is also equipped with ice and water rescue equipment.
